The @tvkitchen/appliance-ccextractor was named and published before we landed on a more predictable appliance name convention for core appliances.
With the next release it would be good to rename the package and appliance to @tvkitchen/appliance-video-caption-extractor which is in line with our naming conventions.
Part of this will be deprecating the ccextractor versions with a pointer to the new package.
