[Bug] DSM is loaded just by name, but not by full path [sf#11] #11

Reported by mihailm on 2009-09-10 18:49 UTC DSM is loaded just by name, but not by full path. This can cause using other DSM stored in current path or system32 directory instead of this in <Windows directory>
