http://www.fleaflicker.com , large fantasy sports application recently rewritten to use Bootstrap (as well as typeahead.js and Font Awesome).

The Bootstrap default style is used so the design isn't very interesting. But virtually all BS components are used:

button groups, tables, navs, tabs, tooltips
typeahead.js in top nav
responsive/fluid layout (because tables aren't responsive, server-side client detection is used to render tables differently on mobile devices).

Bootstrap has been a delight to use, thanks.

Pretty awesome, but since it's mostly default Bootstrap, we'll have to pass. Thanks though! <3
