NuGet package #233

It would be nice to have NuGet packages that we can install to our solution,
and dependencies will be automatically resolved (for example, installing the
Imaging package will also install the core and math packages).

This is also very useful for other libraries which want to publish NuGet
packages, but use AForge as a dependency...
Contact me for a sample build script, I can help get NuGet package uploads
running.

I am also very interested in seeing AForge.NET NuGet packages and have starred
this issue. I am also planning to create Accord.NET packages as well if AForge
adopts it, so I am also available to help. It doesn't seems too complicated
seeing the official NuGet guide, but I understand it may require some time.
