Disable white-space removal for markdown files?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Leave two spaces at end of line to force markdown to break the line.
2. Save editor buffer.
3. Spaces disappear.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

If I can't disable AnyEdit for a markdown file, README.md (and I don't ever 
want to disable it for other files), it makes me resort to other, less 
desirable formatting solutions in my markdown text.

I have not found a solution via Google for this.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2.4.11.201409071702, under Luna on Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.

This tool has always rocked!

Add *.md to the exclusions list and be happy.
