Actors sometimes don't move their mouth while speaking sentences or responding to players. #515

Description

In these situations, actors had their mouth move while speaking. This has been verified in the original games. In the Unified SDK, the mouths don't move while speaking.

So far, this hasn't been seen anywhere else.

Steps to reproduce

For specific sentences, load the corresponding maps. For Barney/Otis, you can test in maps c2a5d and of1a5b.
