What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a brand new VN-3100PC
2. Upon installing the svn checkout of odvr, the first run of odvr, with
any option, is successful.
3. Subsequent attempts to use odvr, with any option except -r, result in
the following text:
"Couldn't query model name: bulk write of 64 bytes to EP2 failed with code
-2: error submitting URB: No such file or directory".
Unplugging and replugging the device resets and allows one more command.
