remove unrelated tweets from for you tab #9083

adding a option to undisplay the tweets neither from my following or the retweets from the people I followed. I like for you tab for puts my fav arts from my following on my timeline so I can see it upon first, but I can't endure kept seeing shitty memes or unrelative tweets or politics.
