Player settings page strings #35

Hello! Happy to see You returned to development. I have troubles with translating strings

Default video quality on WiFi

and

Default video quality on cellular

on the "Player settings" page. Translated strings are too long and when I cut short them become insufficient and look bad (one wraps and another not):

May be You can add a group label to these options to make their own labels shorter? Something like

Default video quality
On WiFi ...
On cellular ...

Another issue is that "Controls hide delay" scroll bar shows time with "s" letter that should be also translated.

Will look into this. More bugs like this will probably be exposed once new translations start appearing.
