Skills and Career Interest Section Bug #1181

Steps to Replicate:

  1. Delete Skills Section
  2. Add Skills Section
  3. Create an Entry

This is what happens:

Input field hidden, save and cancel buttons not working. Based from the logs, might be a problem with jQuery I suppose.
