Metadata to ingest remaining proquest theses

Based on @sfarnel's groups of proquest theses to be intested into HydraNorth ERA:

Prepare metadata for:

• [x] Group 2
• [x] Group 3

Group 1 - after investigation we concluded that Proquest did not include files for inactive legacy theses so those records can't be used right now.

@sfarnel marc record sets for Group 2 are still in progress (student is adding proquest ids), is that correct or has that work been completed?

@anayram for group 2, we have record sets and a student is nearing completion of adding proquest ids to the records. for group 3, we have a spreadsheet with catkey and matching proquest id, so need to

• [x] extract records from catalogue using catkey
• [x] use spreadsheet to link proquest ids with records

For items with no UA cat record will get them catalogued and use those records rather than OCLC records. This is a very small number and can be ingested at a later date.
