Small improvements on the tutorial scripts #5

  1. Add CRAN mirror parameter to install-packages. When not in an interactive shell the install command won't work without that.
  2. Update met-file format from '%Y%m%d.%H' to '%Y%m%d.%Hz.hrrra'
  3. Add the full output of ls inside a tutorial directory
  4. Add the output image map.png to tutorial 2

Furthermore my autoformatter has fixed some indents of only 3 spaces.
