Organize the Resources page

Right now, the Resources page is just a list, without any order. Let's discuss how it should be organized.

My first thought is to have it chronological order, like...

• learn to build things (git, language resources)
• hackathon related things (frameworks, etc)
• prepare for internships / jobs
  • resume
  • practice problems
  • articles on (people) networking)
• email etiquette
• getting the most of your internship / job
