Add edit-team command, update team commands #68

Changes

Once this is merged we should be able to do the following

Specify custom GitHub team names when creating new teams
View GitHub team names when viewing a team
Edit the name and platform of an existing team

Testing

You can try this you in Slack right now. I've already deployed it as a test and it seems to be working alright.

Oh I thought this would update this:

It'd be nice if changes could sync across to their GitHub equivalents - setting photos would be great too! Maybe not the name (emoji would probably break) but description and photo for sure

@bobheadxi I'm not quite sure what you mean. Adding/removing members to/from a team with Rocket adds/removes those members from that GitHub team. Do you mean that Rocket should set a team's photo, or member photos?

@bfbachmann I mean the team photo (above the name "inertia"). Teams can also have descriptions I'm pretty sure.
