[Notice] Intent to drop support for Python 3.5 + Torch 1.2.0 + TF 1.13.1 #518

Python 3.5 reached end of life in September 2020 (over a year ago). We should probably drop support for it.

Please comment here if you still have a Python 3.5 usecase that needs more time to upgrade.
