Page encoding error.

When visiting some repos that have issues contain Chinese characters, page cannot render well.

e.g. http://elasticboard.mihneadb.net/#/vtmer/freshman

Thanks for finding this. I checked and the data is stored in this (bad) form (\ufffd) in elasticsearch. Probably something to do with how the github river handles non ascii chars.

Will try to find a fix. Or if you have an idea, feel free to fix it yourself.

I checked, there is garbage data in elasticsearch, so this is a river problem.
