This adds a script that stops Steam gracefully to later on start it directly in Big Picture mode. This serves as workaround for issue #1675

Since this hasn't been merged to stable, I tried to duplicate this fix locally by adding the bazzite-steam-bpm to my ~/Documents and bazzite-steam-bpm.desktop to my ~/Desktop.

The script did appear to work correctly (closed steam to reopen in BPM). However, sluggishness was still present.

Until a valid workaround is found - this kinda makes Moonlight (Steam Deck) -> Sunshine (Desktop) unusable imo. https://paste.centos.org/view/7d9c52ce https://paste.centos.org/view/2fbfd61f
