[CAMERA] Video Recording doesn't work #8

Describe the bug When trying to record video from the camera app, the app froze and nothing is being captured.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open camera app
Switch to video mode
Record
should freeze

Expected behavior Video should be captured

Device Information:

Device: Redmi 4X
Kernel: 3.18.140-ubports
Are you using Anbox?: No

Additional context yo kid, do you wanna have a bad time?

But it won't be marked as fixed until it gets to upstream.

I installed ubuntu touch in my redmi4x on stable channel 1 day ago, this issue still exists and the above workaround given for devel or edge. So this issue still in stable channel.
