QR code intergration on keyboard #1835

Description of the feature

A barcode and QR code scanner option from the keyboard.

Illustrations

I will illustrate with words. A button on the keybord that opens the camera (or browser to a saved image) so that we can directly add qr-derived details to where ever we are typing e.g. Passwords for wifi, enter bank details in app/webpage, links
