nathanael should allow the user to remove downloaded bundle resources #11

[x] allow user to "Clean" downloaded resources
[ ] allow user to "Remove" downloaded bundles if they are not the latest revision

I imagine that what we'll really need at some point is to let the user fast-forward any shared downloaded resources to the latest revision to make downloading faster for latest revisions.

I'm going to try to auto-delete and auto-merge resources to latest as much as possible
