Allow user to discard newly added resources. how to revert modifieds to parent? #55

Currently the user can "clean" newly added resources, but may not realize that they also should be deleted, otherwise the upload will fail, since they are in the manifest, but not local.

Also if user modifies a previously existing resource and cleans it out, the manifest will still have the details for the cleaned resource
