CO2 Data Collection Mauna Loa (pre-1976 data discarded)

Linting

The code is pylint compliant

Modifications from the previous PR #26

flask_monthly_raw.txt was modified to shed off data before 1976 due to discontinuities.
A new flask_monthly.json was generated with the modified data.
flask_monthly.py was modified to include plotting a timeseries to visualize the results.
