[BUG] Grant `name` items need to have a section marker for grant details required by browse interface #634

The current name for grants only includes their title. For browse (and probably search) results, we also to include some other aspects; including the start - end date (year), the PI, and more. The grant splay needs updating for this.

Grant * active|completed * start-year - end-year * PI
