Good, clear question(s) on the first slide. Very cool 3D visualization. Nice measure of tract centrality (importance). I was dying to see that home importance Census tract picture. I love this. I want to do this.

How are neighborhoods structured? Sociodemogrpahically And how are migrations structured

Synthetic data that links the two Find most important census tracks that are sinks for attraction (job locations)

Gould Index of Accessibility How does the importance of neighborhoods in the network change over time? How predictive are these network accessibility indices to neighborhood investments...

Not entirely obvious how you are planning to answer these questions with the data and measures... But very cool setup!

I was quite impressed by the visualizations. Are you using D3? What do you use for making the maps?

The question is interesting. I believe you can sale this project very good if you find concrete applications for public policy.
