Variation within teams that have low levels of polarization #35

Thank you for this interesting research!

My question is that, did you test/observe any pattern within the teams that have low levels of polarization? For example, I am wondering whether teams that have more neutral alignments (but low levels of polarization) generally outperform teams that have biased alignments and low levels of polarization?
