Verbosity issue is now fixed .get() changed so now we are popping off verbosity from the hyperparameter list before fitting.
We now have default values for the train_val_test_split() class.
report_model_metrics now takes into account the threshold value

good catch with the .get() not returning if its value in the dictionary is 0.
