Finish dedicated intro guide for internal and external users #7

Ideally, we want to create a one-stop guide for users to be linked to which will enable them to easily sign up for ERDA and SIF.

We will require an intro guide for both ERDA and SIF, in two separate pages.

We already have https://migrid-user-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/sections/erda/signup/index.html#erda-signup-start for ERDA, and simply need to fill it out and make sure it is easy to read and up-to-date. SIF is still a to-do in general, and ERDA should take precedence for now.
