Scrape Engineering Major Courses #12

Add another section to the GUI to include all of the Engineering courses by major and the ability to search for classes by major, or by individual class.

Will need to write new parser/scraper methods to pull the major courses from GEAR since they are formatted differently (lots of API work), will need to add new sections, listeners and logic to the GUI and also add the same functionality to the interface
