UCSB currently uses modsrdf: accessCondition, in addition to rights (from CC or rightsstatements.org) and copyright status, for "Free text description of rights, such as administrative contact information, a description of the specific license terms, or other rights-related restrictions." (but has note in model to check Hyrda rights metadata recommendation for update --> possibly http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/rights)
