Updated the edm:Agent model and add support to create agent records. #13 #20

Related to https://github.com/ucsdlib/dams5-cc-pilot/issues/13:

  1. Updated edm:Agent model for closeMatch and relatedMatch.
  2. Added UI to support create/edit Agent records.
  3. Added New Agent link to main menu.
  4. Updated test helper to cleanup test environment before running the test suite.
  5. Corrected typo and warning in collection support.

@ucsdlib/developers : I'm working on the edm:Place class and porting the functions for creating/editing authority records to Hydra Editor, which is better for long term. I am closing this PR and I will create another one for it.
