Mounting /wynton filesystem local via rclone: Shouldn't we use data-transfer node for the example? #147

The instructions on https://wynton.ucsf.edu/hpc/transfers/rclone.html uses log1 for the example. I think we should update that to a data-transfer node, since this is about file transfers.
