Develop test #47

We need to have some standardized repeatable test to perform for the data collection. I.e. a test may be a script which first starts the servos both pointed strait back and then sends a rotate 90 degrees command. We should have several of these to show different aspects of the design.

I think it would be useful to show the affects of changing Q. We should come up with a quick and easy test to collect data on this behavior.
