[Structural] Fix the ubiquiti land antenna mount #35

The mount for the Ubiquiti land antenna used by the software team to use was damaged at RobotX 2024 (and was also made of wood)

Requirements:

Find or create a solution to mount the ubiquiti antenna
The solution should be lightweight, easy to take down, and not take up a significant amount of space
The ports for the ethernet and other cables should be easily accessible.
