Well Validation query set; 'no operating status records' query fail #46

I am logged in as CCady, editing UIC_CCady version of gdb. I created one UICWell without an operating status record. The add-in failed to execute. image

I then logged in as UICAdmin, editing UIC_QA version of gdb which is owned by UICAdmin. The Add-In executed and selected 3 records that failed validation. image

I checked this after fixing the version tree so that versions are owned by the editors NOT UICADMIN. The problem still remains.
