Item metadata updates:

[x] remove link to old Flash content ( http://insideidaho.org/webMaps/flash/historicMaps ) from description field
[x] add new insideidaho_link column with link to individual item found here: https://uidaho.maps.arcgis.com/home/group.html?id=a0e3edd3dc5a426796ce8654d0b8204d&view=list#content (I am not sure if all items have a match)

Item page update:

[x] add the insideidaho link to the display as "ArcGIS georectified digital map" (or something??)
