failed to resolve downloads.mongodb.org #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install the typhooneae
2. run bin/buildbot

The buildout script exited while downloading the mongodb.
Complains comes from the socket.py.
After tracing the problem, it caused by the missing host:
downloads.mongodb.org

This was very likely a temporary hickup of donwnloads.mongdb.org. If you're 
still experiencing problems, you can try fastdl.mongodb.org instead.
