Allow a \captionsetup

Allow captionsetup to be defined through options. This will be manually included in every float environment.

Question: Should this simply be a captionsetup option or a number of separate options (I know there are many? The case for separate options would be that this could then override individual elements of the captionsetup, even those specified as caption package options.

I think this should be one single argument (like the lyluatex option) that is inserted in the floating environment.

Generally this should be handled through the means of the caption package itself. I.e.

• We simply (continue to) \Require the caption package and don't mess around with its options.
• If the user wants special configuration they should pass it as a package option to caption or use the regular \captionsetup in the preamble
• The lyluatexmp option allows to inject a captionsetup in certain or all float environments, but no efforts are being made to parse the included options and merge them with anything that might be around.
