Update test data #81

I have updated test data to better reflect outputs from supported tools.

WTS: Updated arriba and salmon quant outputs.

WGS Updated pcgr, manta and purple outputs to match with WTS sample. Truncated manta and pcgr outputs to 100 lines to avoid size and time limitations.

I'm thinking we might need to replace the Manta TSV with the VCF it's generated from to make this a bit more usable externally. One for next steps.

That would also make it easier to swap in GRIDSS down the road.
