Dear creators,

I have been working with the package the basis of your paper. I found everything very helpful for the application I have been doing. However, I have one question regarding the implementation of the stacked elastic net and stacked adaptive elastic net regressions: Does your package require that the input the data is standardized already?

Hi,

I was actually searching the same thing and I came across your post. I know it was long time ago, but did you happen to find the answer of your question? Do we need to standardize the continuous variables when using this package? If yes, do we standardize on the stacked MI data sets, or at each imputed dataset?
