allow xsar dataset reprojection #82

This will allow us to create geotiff, and plot them on a map.

We probably want to use rioxarray.write_gcps to be able to call rioxarray..reproject or rioxarray..reproject_match

There is still missing in the example the reprojection of the 600*600 km grid to the original dataset
