Disc ripping broken

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pressing + to install game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Gives error message that sais it's not a Wii game, instead of identifying the 
disc.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- rev 15 an lower recognizes the discs I've tried.
- rev 18-19 does not recognize the same discs.

I'm using cios d2x v8 beta r42.
And is running the dol from my sdcard with HBC.

i have the same problem with the last version (20).
the program don't recognize the game as wii game

I also have the problem.  Problem seen on R18-R21.  I will gladly post any 
details needed---too many to know which are relevant for this.

Yup. I've only tried original games. Says it's not a Wii game. Recognizes games 
fine on rev15 and earlier as far as I've tested.

 - And there is a problem with ripping NGC games. When one game is ripped, any other ngc game seem to give the error "same game". Same as the only other ripped NGC game. I have not tried this with several versions yet.

Same story.  Installed cfg70MODr22.dol.  Attempted to rip a store-bought copy 
of Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands.  Got "This is not a Wii disc.".  
Installed cfg70MODr15.dol.  Ripped disc OK.

for the same reason (don't recognize the disc as a wii disc) it isn't able to 
start original disc

I try with r19, r20,r22 and the problem is the same
