Sorry to batch this all up in one, but this is a gathering of most/all of the tweaks to TermKit since June. It's mostly minor bug fixes, along with merged additions by floby, albertz, kbrock, Fabian Brockmann and outbounder. I'm hoping this will save you some time.

There's no way I'm pulling in a bunch of random commits from all over the place. This needs cleanly described issues, clean code, and isolated changes.

Fair enough, and my apologies; I've been pulling stuff together to make it easier to keep up with people's contributions, but I haven't been particularly critical of the code.
