Adding scripts for binder deployment based on conda-forge.
The petsc is currently the conda-forge version (@julesghub - work in progress) but I am using postBuild for the installation from the repo so it will pick up whatever branch you choose.
A couple of fixes I picked up along the way for cloning variables. Sorry to mix this up.
