Update to 75 #13

By the way the latest debains libicu63/experimental 63.2-1 is marked as breaking chromium (<= 74.0.3729.108-1) Since ungoogled-chromium is different package name - apt allows upgrading libicu63 while ungoogled-chromium is installed. After that ungoogled-chromium 74.0.3729.108-1.buster1 crashes with 

malloc(): invalid size (unsorted)
zsh: trace trap  chromium

I don't no deb versiosning practice but it seems that ungoogled-chromium should be either built with latest 63.2-1 libicu63 or marked incompatible with it.

@galkinvv The buster binaries support buster only. sid and experimental are not supported by the binaries, so you will need to rebuild the browser. If libicu 63.2-1 enters buster, then I will deal with the situation then.

Will ubuntu_bionic build on 74 now?

@davidhuff2014 It hasn't been updated yet. I don't have an ETA.
