Wait for https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=945920 to be fixed before releasing version 79.

I haven't seen this bug affect my build of 79, so I'm going to assume this is a bug specific to the patches that Debian uses, or its dependent packages (in unstable).
