451- Cannot change status of PD/SSFA from Draft to Signed #1043

Browser: Chrome Environment: Demo Workspace: Philippines

  1. Create or select a Draft PD (PHI/PCA201836/PD201838)

  2. Populate the following fields: a. UNICEF Office(s) b. UNICEF Focal Point(s) c. Partner Focal Point(s) d. Start Date e. End Date f. CP Structure g. CP Output/RAM Indicators h. UNICEF Cash USD or UNICEF Suppy USD - This is not in the Test Case but populated both of these fields anyway i. Partner Reporting Requirements j. Signed by Partner Authorized Officer k. Signed by Partner Date l. Signed by UNICEF m. Signed by UNICEF Date n. Signed PD/SSFA (Upload File)

  3. Save.

Status should change to Signed, but status remains as Draft.

this is most likely related to sections. we'll start on it asap.

@robertavram , i have been investigating this(and similar) issues, if this is happening with the "prp_mode_off" flag inactive, then it could be a permission thing.
