Partner User Management

[x] Ability to add users to their organization
[x] Ability to assign roles and permissions to users in the organization
[x] Ability to deactivate users from the organization
[x] Ability to change user’s roles and permissions
[x] Ability to re-assign users to a different location (Only For INGO HQ Users).
[x] Ability to restrict user management access to CSO administrator
[x] Ability to restrict a user to only adding users to their own organization

Ability for partner users to view their user profile and perform the following actions:

Agency User Management

[x] Ability for all participating agency users to have reader permissions on the portal as a default.
[x] Ability for the HQ Editor and Administrator of participating agencies to assign additional roles & permissions to the agency’s users. Those additional roles and permissions only extend to the user’s own agency. (e.g. a UNICEF User who has been given “advanced editor” rights by the UNICEF HQ Editor or Administrator will only have such rights for UNICEF, but will maintain only reader rights for UNHCR or WFP, on CFEIs and DS/R)
[x] Ability for participating agencies to assign users to multiple countries (locations) with the same or different roles & permissions in each country location.
[x] Ability for participating agencies to reassign agency users to different country locations.
[x] Ability for participating agencies to deactivate user accounts within their own agency as noted in the R&P Matrix.
[x] Ability for super administrators to add, assign roles & permissions, relocate users and deactivate users from a CSO account via the backend (Django Admin).
[x] HQ Editor has the ability to see all users and assign & re-assign any user to any location within an Agency.
[x] The Administrator will have the ability to make a global search for all users within the agency.
[x] The Administrator can assign a user a role to a particular location, however, they cannot re-assign the location for the user, as they are limited to assign users to roles within their location.

Ability for participating agencies users to view their user profile and perform the following actions:

Notification management:

[x] All Notifications (On/Off)
[x] Frequency - Daily / Weekly / Every Two Weeks
[x] Ability to restrict assignment of roles and permissions to users as noted in the R&P Matrix.
[x] Ability to restrict user management of CSOs to users with super administrator permissions.
[x] Ability to restrict country administrators and HQ editors to managing users for their specific agency.
