I have created on the iPhone the same dir struct as on my USB 16GB stick
and annoyingly enough some files get downloaded but have a 0kB file size.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download (to iPhone) a 689MByte large project (with 579files and 55
folders).
2. It seems that two many files in such a (project) folder tree creates
storage problems!
3. Reproducible on all 3 PCs (running XP SP1 or 2 and .NET framework 2.0)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of the correct file (and file-size) - ypu get a 0kB corrupted large
file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
+ Use an iPhone 3GS (16GB) with windows XP and .NET framework 2.0
+ iTune 8.2.1 + jailbroken iPhone
+ Install iPhoneBrowser 1.9.1.0

Please provide any additional information below.
