Date picker #708

Request for a date picker for use with the uni styles/uni javascript to be included on the page http://web.unimelb.edu.au/components/forms/

Expected behaviour

Allow users to easily select a date (+ time option)

Actual behaviour

I’ve tried a few free ones from various sites, but there seem to be some conflicts.

Current datetime pickers in existing CMS forms are both ugly:

Text field with input type = date: http://mdhs.unimelb.edu.au/help/scholarship/request-to-add-new-award-to-web-directory/ (Functional but not styled)

Native Squiz date/time form question: https://resources.web.unimelb.edu.au/controlled-environment/help-guides/using-forms/default-form (Styled but uses too many unnecessary lines)
