When printing a page with in-page navigation (jumpnav), the jumpnav TOC also prints.
Actual behaviour
When printing a page with jumpnav, the jumpnav TOC does not print.
Steps to reproduce
Print a page with jumpnav.
(I'm requesting this on behalf of the LMS support team who are migrating their existing PDF guides to HTML versions in the MCE. They believe having the jumpnav TOC in the printed document is a feature their clients will need.)
